Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period (unless otherwise stated at checkout).

14-day refund right

Paddle offers a 14-day minimum refund policy. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK/EEA, you have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason. Refunds are provided in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email fastpitchindex@gmail.com with the email used at checkout and any available transaction details. Paddle may also handle refund requests directly through their buyer support channels.
